What does hypnosis feel like?

The state of being in hypnosis is called trance.  We move in and out of different trance states all the time, whether we are engrossed in a film, focused on an activity or quietly daydreaming. Already, you will have experienced hypnosis!

Hypnotherapy enables us to enter these states at will, at which point the unconscious mind becomes alert and willing to make important life changes.

Can it make me do things that I don't want to or say things I don't want to?

No. Your unconscious mind will only allow things to happen that it believes to be natural, comfortable and safe and you will only say things that you wish to share.

Will I get lost in hypnosis and not be able to return?

No. You can bring yourself out of hypnosis at any time as you are always in full control.

Will the effects last?

Yes!  And when used in conjunction with NLP, hypnotherapy is even more effective.
